New Year's Eve Dinner
Celebrate the night in style at Bacchus Restaurant & Lounge with live entertainment and a delectable
Four-Course New Year’s Eve Menu that will feature first course choices of Ballotine of Organic Guinea Hen with Pistachio & Truffle or Poached Nova Scotia Lobster & Crisp Spring Roll, followed by your choice of Salad of Organic Leaves and Herbs or Jerusalem Artichoke Velouté. For your entrée, select from your choice of Pan Seared Filet of Applewood Smoked B.C. Spring Salmon, Grilled Tenderloin of Alberta Beef, or Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb. For a sweet ending to a perfect night, choose between Warm Chocolate & Hazelnut Fondant, White Chocolate Mousse, or a Tasting of Canadian Artisan Cheeses. Coffee or Tea, and Petit Fours are also included in the sumptuous meal. Available for purchase throughout the night will be vintage champagne, or fine wines from the extensive Bacchus wine list. This four-course menu, served from 6:00 to 10:00pm, is $150.00 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. Toast to a memorable 2009 and an even better 2010 with a chilled bottle of Sparkling Wine or Champagne upon arrival, followed by the delicious Four-Course New Year’s Eve Dinner in Bacchus. The package is available from $638.00 CAD based on double occupancy, excluding taxes & gratuities; Additional nights start at $168.00 CAD per night.

New Year's Day Brunch
Start 2010 with a delicious New Year’s Brunch in the award-winning Bacchus Restaurant & Lounge. Relax by the fire and sink into the comfortable chairs in the posh atmosphere as you reminisce over the previous night’s festivities. Executive Chef Lee Parsons will be preparing a delightful New Year’s Brunch menu that will give guests a memorable beginning to another wonderful year.
