has prepared a selection of daily specials at both lunch & dinner to showcase
one of his favorite ingredients: fresh New Season Haida Gwaii Halibut.

Starting March 27, 2013, Bacchus will feature these daily specials that will highlight
the delicate and delicious white fish. A master of his craft, Chef Parsons' Halibut menus
elevate simple, seasonal ingredients to an extraordinary level.
