Winter Corporate Rewards Promotion

Our 2008/2009 Winter Corporate Rewards promotion offers our corporate clients the following value added amenities that will be part of your corporate membership:

Complimentary continental buffet breakfast in the award winning Bacchus Restaurant
10% discount in our luxurious Spa for treatments and/or products

These value added amenities will be offered for individual reservations only and will not apply to groups or meetings of four reservations or more per day.

Valid to April 14th 2009, subject to availability. Not valid during Holidays, Special Events or with any other promotions. Commissionable to Travel Agents.

Benefits and Requirements of Becoming a Corporate Client

To be eligible for a corporate membership, the hotel requires a minimum volume of 10 room nights or more per year. Please note that corporate rates apply for individual reservations only. They do not apply for groups, or meetings or four rooms, or more per night.

In addition to your preferred guaranteed corporate rates, we offer the following "Value Added" privileges:

Wedgewood Club

Corporate clients are eligible to participate in the Wedgewood Club. The membership is extended to individuals who make the reservations, versus the individuals who stay at the hotel and this could be one and the same person. The program includes guest rooms directly booked with the hotel and is valid from November 1st to April 30th each year. Points are not transferable to other individuals, or from year to year. The name of the person who makes the reservation, as well as the name of the company, should be given at the time of booking in order to qualify. The points are based on one point per room night utilized and will be calculated and recorded upon departure of the guest.

The awards are based on the following three objectives:

25 points offer a Weekend Brunch for two in Bacchus Restaurant & Lounge at the Wedgewood Hotel (to the value of $50)
50 points offer a Dinner for two in the award-winning Bacchus Restaurant & Lounge (to the value of $100)
100 points offer One night's accommodation for two in one of our elegant suites, a dinner for two (to the value of $100) in Bacchus Restaurant and buffet continental breakfast the following morning in Bacchus Restaurant.

Prizes will be awarded in May and all winners will be informed via email and regular post.
