Meetings Package
Whether you are organizing a board meeting for 10, or a presentation for 50, let us host your meeting this Spring. Special Meetings Package is available from March 1st to May 31st, 2013. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, the Wedgewood is the ideal venue for your upcoming events. Meeting Planners can choose between the elegant Liaisons Room for 15 to 55 people or the private-club atmosphere of the Library Room on the main floor for 8-14 people. Liaisons provides a larger space with beautiful European décor and an antique fireplace. The Library provides a more intimate space for small meetings and dinners.
Meetings Package available March 1, 2013 to May 31, 2013 From $49 per person per day. Guestrooms from only $149 per night. (Subject to availability. Rates are for single occupancy, tax and gratuity are additional) Price includes: • Complimentary meeting room rental (one with coffee/tea/pastry & one with coffee/tea/cookies) *Complimentary wireless internet *Complimentary use of our Health Club A minimum of 5 guestrooms per night in order to reserve the Library Room and 10 guestrooms per night in order to reserve the Liaisons Room. From March 1 to 31, 2013, room rates starting from $149. From April 1 to 30, 2013, room rates starting from $169. From May 1 to 31, 2013, room rates starting from $189. The price for guests not staying in the hotel OR a second guest in the room will be $81.50 per person, plus tax & gratuity.
