Foodies can test new venues, check out new chefs, nibble on new inventions and be amazed by the latest in culinary art! Chef Lee Parsons from the award-winning Bacchus Restaurant and Lounge, will once again present a modern French menu inspired by local fresh ingredients… His dishes are all so tasty and mouthwatering, that we cannot wait to taste his Crisp Confit of Fraser Valley Duck, with Forestière Potatoes & Winter Kale, his Pan Seared Filet of Northern B.C. Coho Salmon with Risotto of Fennel, Lobster & Lemongrass Sauce, his Honey and Poached Pear Crème Brulée with Winter Spiced Sablé…and more!
