The Bacchus Wine Program is a dynamic collaboration by a team of passionate wine professionals working together to inspire every dining experience. We are proud and committed to offering an extensive selection of fabulous local, classic, and new world wines to provide enjoyment and comfort suited to your personal taste. We invite you to speak with our Sommelier, Edward Sweetman, to curate your wine selections.
Through years of classical culinary training, Montgomery has emerged as one of the most promising young chefs in Canada. His cooking philosophy is to showcase the best sustainable and local ingredients through skill and craftsmanship, transforming his creations into a delicious epicurean journey.
We currently accept lunch reservations at the Bacchus Lounge.
In compliance with local health authorities, we are only able to accept groups up to a maximum of 6 guests.
